We have a 1988 300SL in red and a 1987 420SL in metallic blue. Both are beautiful motor cars which provide effortless driving and immense pleasure. They are the ultimate cruiser being both extremely comfortable with more than sufficient power on tap from silky smooth engines. To enjoy these cars to the maximum we’d advise heading off the beaten track away from congested motorways / dual carriageways and into the countryside; ultimately though, the choice is yours but either way, with the top down, it doesn’t get much better.
